Cancellation Policy
Your booking fee cannot be refunded under any circumstance. You will need to give 72 hours' notice of cancellation to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit. If you do not show to your appointment or I have to turn you away the deposit will not be returned, and FULL payment will be requested. If not, then I will not book you again. Once a booking is made no refund can be given. You are able to reschedule or change the date, but any cancelation will result in you losing your deposit. Once paid you are agreeing to all the above.
